Landshut - Rosenmühle
Reconstruction of a grinding system at the Rosenmühle.
After the mill fire at the Rosenmühle in Ergolding in 2019, we were allowed to rebuild the new mill system with our assembly staff. The affected building was completely gutted and renovated for rebuilding. The complete mechanical equipment was installed by our trained specialist staff. The new mill system with a grinding capacity of 270t / 24h has been successfully put into operation since mid-2020, despite the difficult circumstances caused by the corona pandemic, and has been producing without any problems since then.
Bauckhof Mühle
In the following we would like to introduce you to the new building of the company Bauck GmbH in Rosche. Bauckhof Mühle was founded in 1969 as a processing and marketing company for biodynamic food.
In this project, we were allowed to reaize the mechanical assembly part in close cooperation with the Bauck company and various system suppliers. The total construction time was about 16 month, the mechanical assembly of the system was about 7 months. Bauckhof has taken an important step into the future of the company with the new 48 meter high organic and Demeter mill. In the eight-story new building around 20,000 tons of grain and other raw materials, especially oats, but also millet, chickpeas, rice, buckwheat, quinoa and corn grits are processed into a wide variety of products. The complex processes of the individual products and by-products required specialist assemblers on our part with an understanding of both the technical equipment, the end products and the individual production steps. The mill has been in full operation since its successful start-up in late summer 2020 and mainly produces gluten-free end products.
